Mend Peugeot vivacity Runs Start Engine

How to purge my Peugeot vivacity ?

Peugeot vivacity runs for about 100metres then cuts out, it will start again after but again only runs for a few minutes. I think i may have a problem with the engine lubrication, due to running it with small amounts of oil, how do I purge IT? Or is there any other solutions?
