how can i fix my brandt A class fridge/freezer?

Hi my fridge freezer has stoped working for 48hrs now but the light is on in the fridge but the litle red and green lights arnt on,its warm inside both parts and the freezer is all defrosted as there is no cold getting in,i dont have the manual book.can you help please :).
