Mend AEG D8800-4-M Top Bottom Replaced

aeg double oven d8800-4-m?

When top oven switched on bottom oven comes on with no temp control.Thermostats replaced to no avail,also bottom oven carries on heating after fan switches off,please help if possible.Stripped off panels but no sign of components overheating.
