I have the basic free version of real player and this just got started in the pass 3- 4 days, getting red circle with a line though it on play button. When I click it to play the video a window open up "Clip not found, Realplayer could not find the specfied clip". I have hundreds of videos and so far I have about 11 with red circle.

That mean that the file is missing but still in the list or corrupted.
It also may be encoded in a format that Real Player don't suport.
Check that the file for those movies are still there and intact.
Try playing them using some other media player, like Winamp, VLC or IrfanVirew. All 3 are available for free. All 3 support more formats and encodings than Real Player.
