Mend Glow-worm Flexicom hx Boiler Heating Electrode

I have a Glow-worm Flexicom hx boiler 2 yrs old. It is not igniting?

I have a Glow-worm Flexicom hx boiler 2 yrs old. It is not igniting and i get 2 codes showing in the display F1 and F4. I have kids and we have no heating or hot water. Can you please guide me as to what these codes may mean and how to tackle this. Could it be a faulty electrode? or something more?
