Mend John Deere L130 Lawn Tractor

john deere L130 no start no nothing,battery is charged?

I have a john deere L130 lawn tractor that doesnt do anything when the key is turned.Not even the headlights go on . The battery is charged.Could it be the ignition switch or there a fusible link that I dont know about.
