kercher 7.91 pulsating?

my kercher 7.91 is pulsating when set to anything above MIN. i have it 2 years with very little use. it is not airlocked and pressure seems ok when extension to lance is removed. have tested extension and lance on other machine and no prob there. it is useless in present operating condition.
