Mend Central Heating Problem

Central heating problem?

Any ideas? My CH keeps turning off (green power light blinks),if I turn the hot water tap on and then off again the CH fires up again for 15 mins then goes off again with the green light blinking. I've changed the thermistor and diaphragm!
