Mend Baxi combi Combi Boiler Heating System Radiators

How can i fix my baxi combi boiler ?

My boiler is working fine but the water is not getting through all the system ! Most of my radiators work all the time but a couple come on and off when they like ! My hot water works once in a blue moon ! i have had floorboards up looking for a valve but have had no success in finding it ! Any ideas ?

First you need to find out which system you have, S or Y plan or gravity hot water. Where the cylinder is can you see any silver headed valves at all.
