Mend Barcala Broken Find Parts

I have a broken piece of metal on the frame should i junk it or can i find ?

Are their replacement parts for the frame or should i just junk it? I bought the barcalaunger in 98 or 99, a piece of metal broke holding the chair in the upright position. Please advise thanks.
