how can i fix my l g fridge freezer?

i have an l g fridge freezer it is three years old it has been in an empty house i have been trying to sell it has been switched on all of the time but never had any food in it . all the lights are still on and it is making all the right noises but not freezing in freezer and not cooling in fridge...
