How can i fix my Tricity Bendix DH101 dishwasher? ?

My Tricity Bendix DH101 Dishwasher has power however wont start its not due to power failure as have power the door is shut properly and the filters are clean so i havent gtot a clue what is wrong if someone could help cheers as only second time have tried using it ps not brand new bought second hand but worked perfectly first time i used it
