This relates to properties in United Kingdom check the paperwork relating to purchase obtain if on mortgage the title deed number as all deeds now are on Micro film and can be downloaded from the land registry but you need the title deed number. For first two years you don’t pay after unfortunate you have to but check with NHBC the T&C. after you’ve read everything to see what they can or will offer.

Go back to Home page and in search box type BBC watchdog NHBC update click the first BBC Watchdog NHBC update. Read it albeit boring it give some may help to redress on your problem. Good luck…. To repeat….for those not in UK check all paperwork relating to your new build purchase. If not in UK check to find out if you have something similar. Copy this to the same word file.
After reading before tackling anything Check with NHBC how you stand with remedy to this problem.
