Mend Cannon Pearl Duo Gas Stays

gas stays low in Cannon pearl duo (gas)?

the main oven ignites automatically when the gas is turned on...but remains low, irrespective of the gas setting, the oven light works fine and the oven fan works fine. the top oven and the hob work fine. Help please
