How to fix screwdriver indents and slightly bent corner of car door?

I had to break into my car to get my keys in a pinch
So I slightly opened my door with a flathead screwdriver and it slipped a few times do there are a few small indents on body where door meets mass of the car and car door very top piece about 5inches is slightly bent open when door is closed very very slight but I would like to conceal that as well. I love my little car but I had to get to work. Any suggestions?
