i cannot retrieved all my messages into my mail inbox?

You know who is sending it to you. ADD that person to your contact list to prevent it from accidently getting sent to the SPAM folder.

Check your Junk/SPAM/Undesirable folder and check if the message is there.

Check your Trask/Deleted message folder. That message may have been accidently deleted.
A web mail account gives you a few days. Regular e-mail retention is user defined with some somewhat generous default value.

Also, even if it's rare and geting rarer every day, an e-mail may take a few days to get to it's destination, altough it normaly takes only about a second or even less.

Explain? if you get to your inbox you must be looking at a list of emails that have come in as SD says the one you are waiting for may not have arrived yet.

Accidental deletion.
Some systems allow you to retreive accidently deleted emails in the deleted folder bottom of page is (hotmail)
a message...... lost a message? When you recover deleted messages we bring back as many as we can.... Learn more. click on the link and see what you have deleted however there is a time limit to what can be retreived.

How do you know they are all there, You must be able to see them. So what is the problem, just because one you are waiting for has not yet arrived. might not of been sent, or could be in a que on a distant server
