timber frame for a caravan?

any lightweight tanalised (Ready treated) timber from a timber yard not the DiY shops, of equivilent size.
and 3.6mm ply for wall bording, before replacing treat area with a good quality wood preserving fluid, ensure its dry before replacing any walling.
