Mend Baxi Platinum Combo Boiler Error Frozen

how can i fix my baxi platinum combo?

the condense drain froze and had to thaw it. Now boiler displays error E160 (faulty fan wiring or fan). the boiler lights for about 10secs then goes off and displays code. Any ideas as i think the fan is ok?
