Citroen c5 electric windows, electrics problem?

I tryed to fit a central locking fob to my car, as I'm too stingy to pay for a Citroen replacement, and cut the wrong wire in the drivers door, twisted white and grey wires that lead to electric window motor.
It's a long story why I was messing with wires here but anyway,
After trying a few repairs, and non working I purchased a new wiring loom for the drivers door, this has been fitted and my problem is still there
Electric windows don't work both sides and electric side mirrors don't work both sides, the switches doesn't even light up, central locking is fine.
Windows worked 100% before I messed about, so I can't see it being the main ecu, I've checked the fuses and are all fine, we didn't cut the live or earth so I assume I haven't shorted the window Motor, before I call out a car sparky is they anything else I can try?
