How do I fix my RDH10RF thermostat?

I'm guessing that's what has broken anyway. The hot water is being heated but my radiators aren't turning on and it's getting really cold now. I know nothing about boilers as this is first time I've ever lived without parents so bit stuck on what to do. Could anyone try and help me please?
