Reprogramme Ford Focus 2010 Key-less Entry Fob?

Hi,
Would be great if anyone can help me with this problem.
I have a 2010 Focus with keyless proximity entry which opens and starts the car as long as you have the fob anywhere on your person but the battery has died on me.
I have replaced the battery in the fob which is working but I cannot find anywhere how to reprogramme the key.I have seen videos on you tube but it's for older keys where a combination of switching the ignition on and off works but my car has a dummy ignition,does anyone know if I just remove it and put the "stumpy" key in, will it be the same process as the older models?

Would be very grateful for any help with this.
