Mend Worcester 28i Water Pressure Heating Systems

drop in water pressure?

I am constantly having to charge the water pressure on my 2yr old Worcester 28i jun as it drops below the recommended level (between 1 and 2).
This appears to have been since the system was drained to add new rads.
Any help would be appreciated
