how can i fix my car stereo "Kenwood"?

On my stereo it comes up "Att on: Att Off: CALL" and will not let me listen to any music or change the channel or turn the volume up.

can you please let me know what is wrong with this?

for this type of fault the radio needs to go to a repair centre that repair car radios , as the radio has got a fault within the mute function of the radio, or have you wired the radio wrongly and connected the mute wire!!
