defrosting?

Its an auto defrost model, so should not be much to defrost anyway. Any water will run into catch tray around top of compressor, If you are worried about it, with unit disconnected, remove back panel, and put old towel in around top of compressor to soak up any water.
Make sure that it will go through doors, you might have to take the doors off the unit, section along bottom, few screws, disconnect pipe behind, top of freezer door, plug socket, couple of screws under the plastic cover, then door will lift off.
