I have a RS21DCSV1 American Fridge Freezer, been searching web for answers, seems a lot of people suggest a design faul an opening out a drain hole to allow water to drain away properly. From what I have found out I think this may be a solution but not exactly a fix. There is a defrost heater inside the fridge compartment, I think this part may be faulty, have checked price on www.4mysamsung.co.uk and only about £21 so going to get one of these and see if it fixes mine. As you say defrost and fridge OK for about 6 weeks, so if you want to know if this has worked you will have to email me in 2 months! and I'll let you know. email jsfpye@tiscali.co.uk
