apex projection tv stuck in rgb dvd input after getting shocked trying to?

i went to push the input button so i could watch a dvd and when my finger got about 1 inch away from the button an electrical arc came out from button area and shocked me good every since then it is stuck in rgb/ dvd in input and will not work on any other inputs
im wanting to no sounds like power surge and which board should be replace to correct the problem efficiently and effectively to cost me the least amount
