Mend Potterton Prima Fires Switch Replaced

My boiler pump runs continuously and fires even when timer switch is off?

The zone valves have been replaced but boiler still fires after the CH and HW is switched off and the over run radiator is hot.

Where would the frost stat be on a Potterton Prima boiler and how can I check whether this is working correctly?
