apprilia sr50 ditect ?

i have an aprrilia sr50 ditect fuel injection model and all of a sudden like with in a hour it has lost power max pulling speed is about 30 what would cause this i had checked spark plug took off the head and cleaned the jets im not sure if belt is to slack or how i could adjust this please help
