rear door handle 04 transit connect?

the outer handle is secured to the inner escutcheon by torx screws,there is a pin on the inner part with a spring which you can just see above the door lock from the inside with a torch,these are bad for seizing and have found them nigh near impossible to free off,no matter how much you oil or use penetrating fluid and the only solution is to replace it but you will have to make sure that this is your problem,a while since I done one but think you remove the door card for access and can`t remember them being too bad to do,just take your time,you may have to go to a ford agent for the correct part,good luck
