Mend Hotpoint Misral Refrigerator Temperature Problem

hotpoint misral frost free problem?

frezzer temp shows + 48 motor will keep running untill someone opens the fridge door, then the motor switches off and most of the time when the door is closed the temp goes back to -22. ANY IDEA'S.
worried as it will run all night if not spotted or it happens after you've gone to bed
