Mend Lervia OH-GF-9-20 Radiator S Not Heating

Radiator s are not heating?

My "Lervia" oil filled hear :Mdel No. OH-GF-9-20 is two and ahalf year old. Suddenly it stopped heating the radiators, though the fan is working. It has PTC heatig element with fan:400w
Power consumtion:2400w
Output settings:3(800w/1200w/2000w)
Please advise me, how can I put it right to heating working. If I have to replace the heating element, where can I buy it from? I will be ever so greatful
