Mend Ford Mondeo Knocking Noise

how do i fix my ford mondeo zetect s 2001?

i have a knocking noise from the front of my car people tells me its the springs but someone else tells me its the anti roll bar i dont know who to bleive its knocking everytime i go over bumps please help me.

i had a similar problem with my last mondeo zetec. its worth getting it professionally looked at. turned out it was the sub frame which cost me a hefty 500 quid to fix.

try jacking the car up and wriggle the wheel side to side and top and bottom see what happens then, track rod ends can have excessive play and noise??
