Mend Leisure Equipment Treadmill Drive Belt Motor

Code E4?

My treadmill cuts off and shows an E4 code. I have changed the drive belt, replaced the motor, recalibrated, waxed the deck, adjusted the tension on the walking belt and unplugged and replugged in the main controls. Any solutions?
