Mend NEFF B1451 Replacement Heating Element Cooker

Can't get the backplate off NEFF B1451?

I need to replace the heating element (which I have bought). The backplate that covers the fan and the heating element is secured by 6 screws? - I cant find a tool to undo them, I've tried screwdrivers and allen keys but nothing seems to fit --- any ideas?
