potterton suprime HE, pilot light keeps cutting out?

Hi, I have just had a new pump and PCB board installed but the pilot keeps going out. The house is nowhere near the temperature on the thermostat. It relights after a couple minutes without me doing anything. Is this right?

Thermostat is giving signal to boiler to start it only start when cool down it take 5 mints to 10 mints it what temp setting is on your boiler
