zanussi progress problem?

Hello,

I have a Zanussi ZWN 6125. The drain pump it´s always working (it´s not the aquastop), and the only thing that moves it´s the timer. (NO water enters the machine; the motor doesn´t start working)

Any idea?

E40 is a door lock issue.remove the door seal from the cabinet front.remove the door lock and check wiring and also for any brown burn marks on plastic casing.could be straight forward door lock replacement but they have been known to blow the pcb's as well when they fail!
