help with hotpoint dishwasher?

can anyone help. we have a hotpoint dwf30 dishwasher which on the last occasion didn't drain. but all the lights on the front panel are illuminated. we have emptied the bottom and removed all the filters, got to the drain pump and that turns. the reset option is doing nothing and there is no noise from it at all, any ideas ???????
