cooker fan does not switch off?

Model Belling Format Halogen 4. The oven fan now runs all the time when the oven is switched off. Why?

its likely to be the cooling fan thats running and not the oven fan.if thats the case it will be the thermal cut-in switch which is located under the hob plate.the part is only about £6 and is easy to change.
