how can i fix my ideal isar he30 boiler,,i have power to the pcb but nothin?

thanks for the info dazthegaz,i cant see any distortion on the pcb casing nor is there any smell of burning. When the boiler thermostat kicks in the message is getting to programmer next to the boiler, the red power light is coming on and the green light flashes on but dose not stay on .The user panel on the front of the boiler is totally dead any more info would be very welcome.

Poss needs new pcb, check pcb housing for weakness in plastic housing... ie slightly distorted or burning smell, will be transformer failiure. PCB £200 and part number is updated from one in instruction manual
