were is the hand brake adjuster?

if yor monde has the manuel adjuster it is under the car you would have to drop the exhaust heat shild down and squeez in,or drop exhaust but at that age it will be hard,,if you got drum brakes i would personaly strip de lip drums and adjust them first as this could be all thats needed,,
if its the drum and spring auto adjust its prob worn out

possibly you will need to remove handbrake gaiter,and you should see the adjuster on side of lever,10mm spanner size.
