Mansfield No 160?

I have 2 of these toilets. 2 of them continously leak into the bowl and then repeatedly flush by them selves. The first toilet I just replaced the red seal that didn't work. I bought a whole new flush valve and it is still leaking. If you push down hard on the clear plastic valve it stops running. For some reason I am not getting a tight seal. Ready to call a professional.
