Does anyone know what is Fault F02 for Servis Rainwave 1100 and how to fix?

Hi - we've got a Servis Rainwave 1100 which is having problems with draining and won't complete a full wash cycle. It is displaying an error code F02 during the cycle and stopping before completion. Do you know what this means and how this can be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. It doesn't mention this in the instruction manual and Servis Cares Call Centre (08705 168299) does not work as they've gone into administration.
