triton t200i low pressure warning light on?

my triton t2000 i developed a fault,the low pressure
light comes on and the heater switches off.
i dont think is the pressure but a fault with the unit.
have you got any ideas how to identify the fault?
triton will not sent an engineer out because they say
the unit obsolete. i will be very grateful for any help.
