diplomat integral dishwasher?

i have an intergrated diplomat dishwasher, not sure of the model number but when switched on the bottom seems to fill with water and a very small drizzle of water seems to only come out of the bottom jets and not the top two jets also bottom jets do not seem to spin and rather noisey coming from the bottom of the machine, any help please?
