why does door not open?

passenger door c/l actuator faild or no signel to the actuator from the c/l.remove passenger interior door panel locate actuator/motor,pull off the wiring conector.check for 12v dc whilst operating c/l ,if you get the pulse simply replace the actuator..you may also discover a loose connection or a mechanical fault with actuator arm.
