ZANUSSI WJD 1667 W Washer Dryer not drying properly?

Hi there - Can anybody help me, my washer dryer isnt drying properly - any ideas? It has been suggested that I clean the condenser? but i cant get the back off my machine because the back isnt removable! I also have no idea where the condensor is, what it looks like or how to remove and clean it!
