Paper jam?

A sheet of A4 paper jammed in the printer, on trying to remove it half of the sheet was left inside the printer, I can just see it behind the rollers, but must dismantle the printer to get at it, but find each single screw does not do anything and would like to know what group of screws will remove either the top or base of the unit
