Diagnose fault?

Hi,
I've a Zanussi FS1355W, approx 90% of the way through a wash cycle and it started beeping for a shortish period then stopped altogether. It also failed to drain the water. The fuse is ok as you can select a program, all lights ok but nothing happens. Once I drained the washer I checked the filter and the water inlet for any blockages and it was all ok. Still nothing happens. Any suggestions as to where to look next, or even better does anyone know where I can get my hands on a service manual.
