How can I Fix my Iitronics IMP-11 2gb Mp3 player ?

When I put my songs on the trasfer is easy but when i try and play them it comes up 'Unknnow Format' and in the corner it reads 'DRM' can you help?

DRM stands for digital rights management which means the file format you are trying to play on the player is protected....you should be using non-DRM mp3 files...rip these from your CDs using WMP or similar or if it's music you've bought online, search for a convertor for whatever particular DRM file-type it is and convert that to mp3.
The player doesn't like DRM files.
