Mend Iveco 65C15 Injector Diesel Turbo

hi i have a iveco 65c15 53 plate 2.8 turbo ?

its very hard to start when cold when turning over injector light comes on soon as it starts big cloud black smoke then runs perfect starts a lot better when worm but not as it should can you please help
